Site Supervisor, B.O.Q. Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
3-6 years of proven professional experience with direct involvement in executing landscape/architecture projects of similar scale and complexity.
Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and shop drawings, prepare Estimates and Bill of Quantities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in material procurement processes, on-site coordination, and effective team communication.
Strong time management and deadline-oriented approach to projects
Proficiency in industry-standard software for CAD drafting
