Perto, an industrial campus in Jaipur, houses a leading Brazilian multinational corporation and one of the world's largest ATM manufacturers. The landscape takes a climate-conscious approach, incorporating highly pervious surfaces and abundant green areas to support water-sensitive initiatives across the site. Parking is conveniently located at the front for easy access. Each block is accentuated by water features, and the site is framed by a green peripheral buffer for improved functionality.

Apeejay Global Logistics Park is an expansive warehousing and industrial hub where the landscape transcends conventional functionality to prioritize people. Designed with factory professionals, workers, and staff in mind, the layout includes dedicated breakout spaces for relaxation and recreation within an otherwise utilitarian environment.
